1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Draw3 Protocol ("Platform"), including any associated smart contracts, website, or interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Draw3 is a decentralized application (dApp) running on the blockchain. Transactions are executed directly between users and smart contracts without a centralized intermediary.
2. Risk Disclosure
Important Risk Warning
- Smart Contract Risk: While verified, code may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. Funds could be lost.
- Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile.
- Regulatory Risk: Blockchain technology faces uncertain regulations in many jurisdictions.
- No Recovery: Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Lost private keys cannot be recovered.
You acknowledge that you are using the Platform at your own risk.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not:
- A citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited by law.
- Located in a region subject to comprehensive economic sanctions.
- Listing on any sanctions list maintained by the UN, US, EU, or other relevant authority.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any lottery or game through exploits or attacks.
- Using bots, automation, or scripts to gain unfair advantage (except where explicitly allowed by API).
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activities.
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform or its infrastructure.
5. Decentralized Governance
Draw3 is governed by a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). Holders of the Governance Token (GOV) have the right to propose and vote on changes to the protocol.
By holding GOV tokens or participating in governance, you acknowledge that protocol parameters, fees, and rules may change based on community consensus. The developers do not control the protocol once deployed.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Draw3 Protocol, its developers, contributors, or DAO members be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
- Any content obtained from the Platform.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
